Terms of Use — Flextron

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Flextron mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Flextron is a mobile application developed by Gritron that connects via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to the Flextron ECA flex fuel sensor to monitor and display ethanol content and temperature data on compatible vehicles. The App provides:

Real-time ethanol content readings.
Engine data visualization (RPM, boost, temperatures, etc.).
GPS-based drive logging and route mapping.
Data export and analysis tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

Use the App while operating a vehicle in a manner that violates road traffic laws or endangers safety.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Gritron.

5. Vehicle Use Disclaimer

The App is intended as a supplementary monitoring tool. Gritron does not accept liability for:

Vehicle damage resulting from incorrect interpretation of App data.
Modifications made to a vehicle based on App readings.
Loss of vehicle warranty as a result of using the App.
Any accident, injury, or loss resulting from use of the App while driving.

Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidelines and consult a qualified automotive professional before making any modifications.

6. Sensor Compatibility

The App is designed to work with the Flextron ECA BLE flex fuel sensor. Gritron does not guarantee compatibility with all vehicle installations or operating environments. Users are responsible for verifying correct installation and compatibility before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software code, is the property of Gritron and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The App integrates third-party services listed below. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policies. Gritron is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Gritron makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Accuracy or reliability of sensor data.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gritron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Modifications to Terms

Gritron reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

Gritron reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Gritron, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gritron is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
